Put the finished blinds on the wall for a functional and decorative way to enhance any room. Lay the cloths together with the blackout slightly inside the decorative. Peel the backing from the bottom corner of the contact paper and press it onto the fabric of the blind.

Fold the wider edges of the latter over the former and sew a seam. Cut the decorative cloth slightly larger than the blackout fabric. Insert rods attach rings. Join the fabric to lining.
